Yakuza: Like a Dragon will not make any recommendations about your gear so it is important that you pay attention to your loadout and make sure you always have the latest and best gear equipped. Having the newest gear means higher stats and better survivability. Never stop spending the money you earn on the latest armour and weapons from shops around the city. There is no benefit saving the money and then pointlessly losing half of what you are carrying when you die.
