Turbo Golf Racing Cheats, Tips Strategy

Below is a collection of hints and tips that will help you to progress in the game. These include why it is recommended that you first practice in Time Trial before you play multiplayer and whey you should become proficient at using your handbrake:

Practice in Time Trial

If you are new to Turbo Golf Racing it is recommended that before you dive into multiplayer you take some time to practice and get a feel for the game. The perfect place in which to do this is Time Trial mode which will not only enable you to sharpen up your skills it will also allow you to learn the maps and the best route to where you need to get to as they are the same maps used in multiplayer.

Learn how to Punt

There is a lot of ground you need to cover in each of the maps to get to where you want to be, and this distance also needs to be traversed in a short space of time. The ideal shot for this is the punt which is a power drive performed by hitting just underneath the ball. All you need to do is hit the boost and then jump just before you make contact with the ball. You will find that the punt will come in useful for power driving through some of the trickier sections of a map.

Use your Handbrake

Make sure you become proficient at using the handbrake of your car to get yourself into position as it is a lot quicker than stopping, reversing, and then realigning yourself. The handbrake can be particularly effective when used to set up the best line of approach to the ball and for whipping yourself around if you happen to miss the ball.

Play Smart

In Turbo Golf Racing there are shortcuts and area skips on all the maps, and you should find out where they are, so you can take advantage of them to get closer to the green quicker. You will find that playing smart is more efficient than just trying to hit the ball as hard as you can and hoping it goes where you want it to. This is risky as the trajectory of the ball is unpredictable and chasing it around the map is counterproductive. You will be able to discover where the shortcuts and area skips are on a map by playing Time Trial mode.

Aim for the Boost Rings

Around each of the maps are various floating rings, and it is these boost rings that you should be aiming for when you hit the ball as they will re-adjust its trajectory midflight and send it in the direction that it is supposed to go. Take advantage of the boost rings to save shots when you find yourself totally out of position because you shanked your shot.

Grab the Power Ups

As you race around the map hitting the ball you will come across power-ups in your path. Make sure you grab these whenever you stumble across them as they will come in useful for disrupting your opponents as you race to the hole. These power ups are dropped at key points around the map and include shields and refills for your car's inbuilt booster.
