Easy 'Say Hello To My Little Friend!
When you equip your first Tier 2 item in Online Multiplayer the Achievement will unlock at the beginning of the match. To purchase Tier 2 Booster Packs you need to be rank 4. The packs will cost you 600g, 1200g and 1800g for Bronze, Silver and Gold respectively.
