Ok, I've warned you, so yoiu get the key by beatting up all the guards, best at roll calls or something once youve done it you will get a notification saying the main gate is open, go to the main gate and your free! If it's not open have some sturdy wire cutters to open the wire fence.

You can't, it's an item that the warden carries and the warden is invincible, it's only obtainable via hacks.
