This is a lot easier than you might think - the biggest issue for most players is forgetting to change to the proper type of Grenade when it tells you to. Note there is also an Achievement for this.
If changing grenade types is a problem for you, then you need to practice changing to the right grenades while you complete the Grenade Practice - simple as that.
For example when it tells you to take out the UAVs you need to change to the EMP setting on the smart grenade. Sure you could take them out with an AP grenade but that will only take out the one(s) close to it whereas the EMP will take out pretty much all of them in the air when you throw it.
To make this easier mates, stand right next to the Grenade table so you instantly refill your Grenades in inventory as you use them.
