How do I kill AST at the end of the docks

after Kevin Spacey sends all of his troops out for us we're running toward the docks I kill everybody, they say there's a boat there at the end of the dock and there's not then the AST comes up to me and he gets me every single time no matter what I use a matter what I do how do I kill him. Help please
