Once you are able to start racketeering, begin the Drug Racketeering campaign. You will be told to Follow some cars. These cars are everywhere, you will see them constantly and they all go to the same place every time. There about 8 -10 people you have to kill but if done right, it is an easy 10,000 dollars every time you do it. You can easily rack up 100k in a matter of 10-20 minutes.

First kill the driver with a silenced weapon just after he passes the doorway threshold, then immediately kill the guard outside. Because your weapon is silenced no one inside will see or hear. Then sneak in to the far side of the crates just inside the door and use a molotov on the group near the back of the warehouse. This will leave you with only three people in open combat. Then grab the cash, which is 10k. Stash it, grab your car and look for a new driver.
