Lure Enemies
Enemies cannot move and shoot at the same time so a good tactic is to lure them to you over distance and shoot them as they come. An effective strategy is to hide your partner next to walls and doors and lure enemies to this point by shooting at them and near them so they can be easily arrested or shot.
