Don't be afraid to decline missions that don’t suit your playstyle or if you do not have the fossils, the available research, or the resources to complete them. You will not be penalized in any way, and you will be given another mission in it's place.

In Jurassic World Evolution you have three advisors (Entertainment, Science, and Security) that will sometimes offer you contracts that you can complete to earn rewards that include cash and a reputation boost with that advisors' division. It is important that you don't wait to be offered contracts, make sure you always have a goal by going to the Control Room menu and requesting a contract or two from these advisors. You can have up to three contracts on the go at once, and it is essential that you tick off as many of these contracts as possible in order to build relationships with the advisors and advance the game.
