Once you have cleared levels 1-6 you will unlock the boss on level 1-7 and you are able to fight Hansel and Gretel. This boss has 3 lives and repeats his attack pattern 3 times. The video below will show you how to defeat Hansel and Gretel and unlock the Achievement.
To unlock this Achievement in World 2-3 Spooky Dungeon you need to disable the creature in it's alien form, switch back to box form (by swapping sisters), then stand on top of it so that it sends you into the air. The video below will show you how it is done.
To unlock this Achievement you need to bounce off a falling turtle. This can be done easily in the light world by simply using your dash attack (X button) on it like you are attacking an enemy. This will make you bounce off the turtle which unlocks the Achievement. Just jumping on top of the turtle will not work.
When you obtain 5 stars in ALL the levels in Hard mode (except Extra levels) you will unlock the Brilliant! Achievement. This is done by collecting enough gems for 3 stars and die no more than 5 times for 2 stars (dying between 6 and 20 times earns you 1 star). These two requirements need to be met in a single run through the level. You cannot combine them in separate runs.
To unlock Hardcore Mode you need to get at least 4 stars on any of the boss levels. You only have to beat one boss (and clear the accompanying levels) on Hard mode. Only the Boss level requires 4 stars. You do not have to beat ALL 4 bosses to unlock Hardcore mode.
