Demon Slayer - Kimetsu no Yaiba - The Hinokami Chronicles is a 3D fighting game that is adapted from the events of the TV anime, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. The game's single player story mode follows Tanjiro Kamado, the series' protagonist, as he joins the Demon Slayer Corps and faces off against various demons in order to turn his sister Nezuko, who has become a demon, back into a human. The story features some exploration elements, and is told through various cutscenes and boss battles with demons seen in the TV anime series. Use Headphones

It is recommended that you play Demon Slayer - Kimetsu no Yaiba - The Hinokami Chronicles with headphones as sound in this game is important, especially during battles. Using headphones will heighten your awareness as to what is happening around you and often key you into when enemies are going to attack. This will typically be when the enemies saying something or Tanjiro mutters to himself.

Study the Map

In order to experience Demon Slayer - Kimetsu no Yaiba - The Hinokami Chronicles in its entirety, it is essential that you study the map. Although most of the episodes in the game are linear, there are some that are a bit more open. Keep an eye out for blue exclamation marks on the map, as these signify spots where you can begin side quests. There are also memory episodes to unlock and areas where you will be able to gather points that can help unlock content in the 'Rewards' menu. If you continually study the map on a regular basis you will find it will alleviate plenty of backtracking.

Play the Campaign First

For example, Inosuke Hashibira and Ganyu Tomioka are all-rounders. Others, such as Hinokami Tanjiro, are specialized in finishing combos by dealing high damage. And some, like Shinobu Kocho, excel in dealing off-field damage and in keeping combos going. Knowing the synergy of these suits in relation to other characters will enable to use teams that work well together on the field, and also allow you to be prepared to face any composition your opponent decides to use on the match. Know When to Dodge and Jump

Knowing the telltale signs of when villain characters are going to attack in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - The Hinokami Chronicles will give you an advantage during battles. Pay attention to villain characters who glow red or for red markers that appear on the ground to indicate where their attacks will land. Whenever you think an enemy, particularly the bigger bosses, is about to launch an attack, you need to make sure you switch to a defensive stance or alternately avoid the contact altogether by dodging and jumping. If you are faced with a normal attack, simply parrying it is an option.

How to Get Kimetsu Points Fast

Kimetsu Points are required in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles to unlock playable characters in the game. They can be earned by performing various tasks, such as exploring, fishing missions, and defeating enemies. The best way in which to get Kimetsu Points fast is to play Training Mode. In this mode you select one of the available characters to be your instructor in a series of 10 battles divided by ranks. You will not find any of the battles hard, and you will win 50 Kimetsu Points per win, also in Training mode you will be able to complete 3 challenges which will give you a further 50 Kimetsu Points for each one. Other ways in which you can get Kimetsu Points fast is to complete in-game challenges and winning ranked matches.
