To get the achievement of Barry's More of A Man, in the first level of the game, after the quick time event, go up the stairs. Turn right, and go straight. Before you are forced to turn right, turn left and you should see two windows. You should see her screaming at the window. Then you could shoot her and unlock an achievement.

For Janice:

In the Shut The Hell Up Level...

At the first flight of stairs go up them and turn around and she'll be sitting at her desk. You may shoot her, or curve a bullet on her!
