===============================================================================
 1. Introduction (INT)
===============================================================================

Hello and welcome to my BioHazard 5 guide. This is the second BioHazard guide
that I write. As you may realize, english is not my native language, so, you
may find some typos/spelling errors. I do encourage you to contact me so I can
correct those mistakes.

As you may notice, this guide is still pretty much incomplete. This is a
fairly new game and I didn't have the time yet to go through all of it and
find all of its secrets. If you know something that I do not, if you have a
better strategy for something or if you know a secret I don't, please,
contact me. I'll be happy to add that to the guide and add your name in the
credits list.

===============================================================================
 1.1 About This Guide (ATG)
===============================================================================

This guide was created aiming to contain the least amount of spoilers
possible, however it may contain one or another. I apologize for that. Also,
at least not for now, I do not intend to give a detailed strategy for The
Mercenaries mode.

It was also written for the Japanese Xbox 360 version of the game, but it
should work just fine for the US and Playstation 3 and PC versions. If you're
playing the PS3, PC or the US version and notice something different, please,
let me know.

===============================================================================
1.2 Controls (CNT)
===============================================================================

If you have played BioHazard 4 before (which is highly recommended), BH5
controls will be very similar. In its essence, it is the same game, with a few
tweaks in the gameplay and, of course, several technical advances. It also
incorporates a few elements from BioHazard 0, where you had to team up with
your partner to accomplish certain feats.

In the controller settings of the game, you'll find the following choices:

Vibration - Turns vibration on and off.
Aiming controls - Inverts the X, Y or both axis.
Aiming speed - adjusts how fast your aim is going to move.

Control types:

Type A: It's essentially the same control scheme used in BioHazard 4. BH4 vets
will definitely go with this one.

Type B: It's a mix of Gears of War with BH4. Instead of holding RT to aim and
X to shoot, LT will aim while RT will shoot.

Type C and D: Now the right analog pad is used to aim and rotate your char
while the left analog pad is used for moving your character only.

===============================================================================
1.2.1 Control Techniques (CTT)
===============================================================================

While it may seem a straightforward game, there are a few control techniques
that are not that clear to newcomers.

Running: holding A + walking will make your character run. That's usually
useful to avoid enemies, enemy fire, etc.

Partner locating: sometimes you'll need an item your partner has, or you'll
have to go near him to aid him. Simply press and hold the Locate Partner
button to find him.

Wall hugging: that's something new to the series. If you're near a wall that
can be hugged, an icon will appear in front of your character. While next to
the wall, it'll be easier to hit and avoid being hit by enemies, and also,
you don't have to aim to reload your weapon.

Melee hits: when your enemy is stunned or fallen on the ground, get close to
him and an icon will appear with the available action. Try several melee
hits for a nice combo!

Partner action: while all single person actions require you to press X, some
actions will require both you and your partner, and that is done pushing the
B button.

===============================================================================
1.2.2 General Techniques (GNT)
===============================================================================

Here is some general advice for those playing the game. Follow these to
increase your chance of success in the game.

Reload! Make sure that your weapons are always reloaded. You never know when
an horde of Mojitos will appear, so you want to have all the weapons you're
carrying to be fully reloaded.

Don't use the same weapon as your partner! You'll want to have your weapons
fully upgraded, and you don't want to upgrade the same weapon twice. Try
to split with a long/short range weapon for each. Also, using a shotgun and
a handgun as your primary short range weapons will make it easier for you to
split the ammunition between your two characters.

Save the herbs! Don't waste precious herbs healing yourself for minor wounds.
Green herbs can be mixed with red herbs, going from a 33% heal to a 100% heal.
Also, if you're with your partner, depending on the way you're hit, you get an
extra 25% of critical health which is added if your partner saves you. So make
sure you really need to heal yourself before doing so.

Break and open everything! Boxes, crates, piles of fruits, lockers, chests...
The more you find items the easier your gameplay will be. Also, treasures
are the best way of raising money so you can buy items and upgrade your
weapons.

===============================================================================
2. Walkthrough - Before You Start (WBS)
===============================================================================

If you are playing for the first time, you'll start with Chris Redfield. On a
New Game+, you're given the choice between Sheva and Chris.

This guide will detail only on Chris' part (which is almost identical to
Sheva's). After I'm done with it, I'll add hers.

I will constantly refer to places on the map being on the north, south etc. To
find out where the north is, open the GPS, there's going to be a small icon
on the top left corner of it which always points to the north. Besides that,
the GPS will usually show an yellow arrow pointing towards your goal, that's
usually where you should head to progress in the game.

Also, I am not covering any online co-op details. There shoudn't be any
differences from playing a local or online game, but this guide does not
intend to cover any online features yet.

Small treasures, weapons and health items will not be pinpointed. When you're
done with an area, take your time to explore it and collect any items you may
find useful.

###############################################################################
2.1 Chapter 1-1 (C11)
###############################################################################

After watching the opening cutscene, follow the street up north towards the
the butcher shop, you still can't pick any items or draw any weapons, so don't
bother about exploring the area. Later on the street, you'll find some people
beating "something" inside a bag. They'll stop as soon as you reach them.
After that, there will be a small cutscene and everyone will simply vanish
from the area. *CHECKPOINT* Continue further the street up to the Butcher
Shop. When you reach the it, go to the right side of it, enter the door and
talk to the man standing right in front of you.

After the cutscene, open the briefcase and equip yourself. Grab everything you
can and then go next to the man. He'll tell you to go to the town square and
then he'll leave. *CHECKPOINT* There are two documents explaining how the
control schemes work and how the dying status work. Read them if you wish and
exit through the big door. Head down the stairs, watch the cutscene and
continue all the way down. Enter the door right in front of the dead body and
open the door to the next room. There's a document on the table by the corner
of the room. Exit the house via the back door, go up the stairs right in front
of you and enter the blue door to your right.

*CHECKPOINT* Be prepared to fight! Following the cutscene, as you may imagine,
this guy will run and try to attack you. Finish him and go thru the door to
the next room. Go to the window by the corner of the room and jump out through
it. Go ahead and take the first path to the right. Okay, now some more bad
dudes will go after you. There's no need to fight them, rush to the house
right ahead and you'll avoid them. There's a door which can be knocked down,
but requires you and your partner to do so. Investigate it and then press B
to take it down. Jump down the hole in the corner of the room and follow the
path. Climb the ladder by the end of the path, grab the goodies and go to the
red door. Follow the path and go inside the big house.

*CHECKPOINT* Okay, now you're in real trouble. Run to the shelves by the door
and the window and push them so they block it. You may command your partner to
do one of them so you can save some precious time. While the majinis are still
outside, grab as many items as you can, since you'll really need it. They'll
break the shelves you were using as protection, so keep shooting them so they
don't come inside the house. After some time there'll be a small cutscene and
the majinis will start to come inside through the ceiling. At this time, run
to the door you just blocked and wait near the yellow gate. If you didn't take
long, you'll see the Executioner Majini break the gate. Right after this, run
past him to the area north of it, this will give you some room to breathe. Now
you have to wait patiently until help arrives, unfortunately, the majinis will
not do the same. You can't stay long in the same place or else they'll corner
you, not to mention the Executioner, which you should not stay close for a
single second. He can be defeated, however he will take quite a bit of lead
and you may not have that much at this point of the game. By the northwest
corner of this area there are some stairs which take you to the roof of some
buildings, you can go all the way to the last one and stay there for a while
until you're surrounded. I like to do this, and then repeat it, since it'll
avoid the executioner and avoid the big crowds of majinis. While doing that,
make sure you break containers so you can find more ammo. Also, while you're
on top of the buildings, you can throw some nice grenades, that's a good way
to defeat the executioner. If you manage to do so, make sure you get the
Gold Ring he drops. After some time, you'll get a radio transmission telling
you to take cover. You'll watch a cutscene and that's the end of the chapter.

###############################################################################
2.2 Chapter 1-2 (C12)
###############################################################################

Go straight ahead past the blown gate, turn left and follow the path around
the house. Go to the red gate and open it. Go to the front and enter the house
straight ahead. Exit the red door on the back. Get close to the broken ladder
and you'll get a notification saying that you can team up to climb up to the
upper balcony. Press B near the ladder so Chris gives Sheva a jumping boost.
She'll see the key inside the house but you won't be able to get it for now.
Jump down and follow the alley on the left side of the house. Kill the lady
and proceed ahead. It looks like your friends are in trouble. There are a few
more majini in the area, kill them and go southwest corner of the area. Help
Sheva by the red ladder.

Sheva only: run across the scaffolding to the open door and grab the key on
the shelf. When you're done, jump down to help Chris.

There'll be a few more majini in the area so take care of them. Go through
the door in the opposite direction of the stairs you helped Sheva, open the
red door and follow the path heading south. Kill the majini along the way and
enter the blue door on the house. Climb the stairs, kill the bad guys and go
to the balcony on the west to find a chest containing an Antique Clock. Fetch
it and head to the balcony on the opposite site. Head to the south part of the
balcony and look to the house just across the fence to find a BSAA emblem.
Shoot it. Head back down. Kick down the door and watch the cutscene.

*CHECKPOINT* There's a locked room to your left. Use the key Sheve just picked
up to open the door. Inside it you'll find the M37 Shotgun. Grab it. Go back
outside and up the stairs to your left for a new cutscene. Kill the blondie
and make sure you grab the Ivory Relief she drops. Go to the door on the
opposite side and down the stairs killing the majinis along the way. Follow
the path and head to the red door on the west side of the area.

Walk down the corridor, open the door and head up the stairs. Follow the way,
climb up the ladder, and look up for a water tank. There should be a shiny
blue BSAA emblem under it. Shoot it. Jump the gap and kick down the nasty
door. After the scene, go to the blue door and follow along the way. Enter the
elevator and head down. Follow the corridor, up the stairs and open the door.
You'll find a door right in front of you, unfortunately, it requires a key.
Head to the path to the south. As soon as you reach the furnace room, collect
all the goodies on the room. When you're done, pick up the Furnace key next to
the body on the ground. *CHECKPOINT* Head back to the locked elevator.

Boss # 001 - Uroboros
*********************

This is a fairly easy boss fight and you may kill it without being hit once.
Make sure you don't get close to it. It has some mid-ranged attacks which you
should watch out, but if you maintain a safe distance it won't hit you. Don't
bother shooting it for now, run back to the furnace room and drop the gas
canister right to your left and run to the south part of the room. Wait for it
to get the gas canister and shoot it. It'll explode and now's your chance to
shoot him as much as you want. Use the shotgun if you have it. When it stands
up again, run along the room past the furnace and drop the second canister.
Repeat the process. Now you have two choices, you may lure the Uroboros inside
the furnace and burn him, or you can shoot those two yellow blobs he has until
you knock him down, the shoot him just like you did with the canisters. You
may command your partner to control the furnace so you can run and lure him
inside it. Depending on your difficulty level the furnace may not kill it
instantly. If it doesn't, make sure you go inside the furnace when its done so
you can shoot it a little bit more. If it still doesn't die, lure it again
inside the furnace and cook it one more time.

When you're done with it, head back to the locked door and open it with your
new key. Rush along the corridor grabbing the goodies along the way. Just
after the silver briefcase, look north across the grating to find a BSAA
emblem. Shoot i. Now take the elevator at the end to reach the end of the
chapter.

###############################################################################
2.3 Chapter 2-1 (C21)
###############################################################################

There are 3 files for your reading pleasure. One gives a brief explanation
about the BSAA Emblems, the other explains about the inventory menu and the
last one tells you about partner actions. Right above the partner actions file
is a BSAA Emblem, shoot it. Open the suitcase next to the BSAA Emblems file
and get the H&K MP5 Machinegun. Collect all the goodies in the room and head
to the door on the southwest corner when you're done.

*CHECKPOINT* Now you're in a port of sorts. Head along the way and, as soon as
you reach the containers, tread carefully until you spot a bomb across the
way. Shoot it from a safe distance and proceed killing all majinis along the
way. There's a bomb which you can only see the cord hanging across, shoot the
cord to disarm it and collect the goodies, then head east to the intersection.
Take the right path and destroy the next bomb. Follow the way and you'll meet
the Adjule, the zombie-like dog. Shotguns work fine against those beasts. Now
there's a small path on the right, clear the bomb and follow it, kill the
single majini and climb the ladder at the end. Go past the container and jump
down in the end. Rush along the way until you find some foes in the open area.
Along with the regular majinis, you'll find a Big man Majini, he's a really
fat dude and it's tougher than a regular majini. I like to shoot them in the
legs and, when they stunned, punch them. Make sure you kill him so you can get
the Jewel Bangle. When you're done, open the big gate with the help of your
partner.

*CHECKPOINT* Grab the goodies and head to the bridge. Jump the gap and you'll
watch an interesting cutscene. Okay, you're in trouble. You have to shoot and
break the truck windshield and then kill the driver before the truck hits you.
Yes, it's kinda tough and it took me a few tries to get it done the first
time. If you have it, now's a good time to use a machinegun. If you got it
right, the truck won't hit you, but there'll be a horde of majinis. Use the
explosive barrels along to way to help you. Collect the goodies in the upper
area and then head downstairs. *CHECKPOINT* Right after the checkpoint, look
to the support in the middle of the bridge. Lying next to the water is one
BSAA Emblem. Shoot it. Head to the tunnel and some Adjules will greet you.
Take care of them and proceed to the door at the end.

When you reach outside, go to the left corner and collect the Sapphire (Pear),
then just rush along the way. Those dead bodies will reveal the Kipepeo, those
flying things aren't much of a problem, I'd recommend either a handgun or a
machinegun to handle them. Open the lock and proceed through the door and then
climb the ladder at the end of the tunnel.

In the next area, collect all goodies you can find, and look for a small green
cabin with CHARGE written on it, southeast from the locked door (marked with a
lock symbol in the GPS), look under its roof on the back part and you will
find a BSAA emblem. Shoot it. When you're done, open the lock from the house
in the middle where the objective is pointing and head inside it. Shoot the
Port Key hanging in the ceiling and grab it. Now you'll face a horde of
majinis. You can either face them or head directly to the west area and open
the gate with your newly acquired key. Cross the pier, go over the ship to the
next area. killing everyone along the way. Climb the ladder and you'll have
some air support now. Continue your killing spree. Climb the ladder to the top
of a building on the southeast side of this area where the chopper helps you.
Look north to the house across the way (one which says STORES STORES...) to
find a BSAA emblem. Shoot it. If you enter the house all the way to the east
you'll find the S75 Rifle inside a case. Steal it and head north towards your
objective.

In the next area, take the first path to the right and follow along it. When
you start going uphill, you'll see that your friend from the chopper is having
quite a hard time dealing with the Kipepeo. Help Sheva climb the ladder just
ahead and then just go along the path killing all the majini that block your
way.

If you're playing with Sheva, support Chris, get all the goodies on the roof
and then come back. Go inside the house and head up the stairs. There are some
majinis on the second floor, dispose of them and head to the third floor. Look
up to the north to find a BSAA emblem near the roof. Shoot it. Now, lend Sheva
a hand so she can go to the building next door.

*CHECKPOINT* If you're playing with her, head all the way down killing the
majinis you find and then open the door on the ground floor where Chris is. If
you're playing with Chris, lend a hand shooting the majinis that attack her,
go to the second floor so you can get a better angle to shoot them. When you
are done, head down the building and exit through the front door that Sheva
opened for you. I know it is tempting, but save those explosive drums for now.

You may go inside and around the building Sheva jumped to so you can collect
all the goodies. Make sure you kill all majinis in the area and, when you're
done, head along the set of stairs on the east. *CHECKPOINT* Now you know why
I told you to leave the exploding drums alone. Head back past the bus and wait
for the Chainsaw Majini to get close to it. Explode the drum and unload all
you got on him until he stands up again. Go to the west corner and repeat it.
Do the same thing around the street, you got plenty of room to escape from him
and depending on the difficulty level and how much you shot him you may kill
him using all exploding barrels. Otherwise, just keep running around and
shooting him when you can. Don't forget to take care of the other majini
laying around. Do not let him come near you. He can kill you instantly with
the chainsaw. There's also a big transformer on top of a pole near the stairs.
Shoot it so it falls of and then you may shoot it again so it gives a shock
on anyone nearby.

When you're done with him, grab the guard key by his body. If you're playing
on a higher difficulty level, he'll stand up and start attacking you again.
Don't even think about getting close to him. Run away and start shooting, he
should fall again in no time. Head up the stairs and open the locked door.
Don't forget to open the chest to grab the treasure and then exit through
the big door.

In the next area, head to the big gate on the northeast corner. *CHECKPOINT*
Open it with your partner. Now you'll have your first QTE, basically, it's a
cutscene where you have to press the right buttons at the right time,
otherwise you may die or something bad may happen. After you do it right you
finally reach the end of the chapter.

###############################################################################
2.4 Chapter 2-2 (C22)
###############################################################################

There's a document over the table for your reading pleasure. Grab all the
goodies in the room and exit the door. Go around in between the trains and
shoot the bomb hanging between them. Now several Adjules will attack you, they
can be kinda annoying if you don't deal with them fast. There's another trip
bomb ahead, and, along with it, more Adjules and some majinis with bowguns. To
the left of the last trip bomb, there's a place where you can climb and kill
the majinis and avoid the Adjules for a while. In the opposite side of the
stairs you used to climb the train there's a Jewel Bettle, grab it.

You may leave the Adjules behind, jump to the train on the east and follow
down the path disarming the trip bomb as you go. When you jump down you'll
fall inside a mine cart. Quickly shoot the two trip bombs along the way so you
don't get hit. Before riding down, head back and grab some gold inside the old
carts.

Okay, now you won't have the GPS and it's completely dark inside. You'll have
to team up and one person will carry a big lantern while the other will kill
the enemies around. On the first intersection, there's a red herb on the right
path, take it and then follow the left path. Some majinis will greet you along
the way including two nice Cephalos. Deal with them. In the next intersection,
the right path will have some goodies, fetch them and then follow the left
path. Cross the bridge and follow the tunnel.

You'll find more majinis and a Cephalos, kill them and keep going. Take any
path ahead, it doesn't make any difference. The right path will have some
snakes hiding inside the containers. Watch out for them. If you wish, kill
them and get an Egg (White). Follow the tunnel and right before the lit area,
take a path on the left to find a Diamond (Oval) inside the chest.

Have your partner to raise the gate for you. As soon as you go through the
gate, some majinis will attack your partner. Help him. Go straight ahead and
use the crank in the red lit area so you can rejoin. *CHECKPOINT* You'll fight
a horde of majinis again, with some Cephalos as well. Retreat to the cave and
kill as many as you can from inside it. They'll keep coming for a while so
don't leave it until you've cleared most of them. You'll find mostly a few
bowgun majinis. After you killed all of them, collect the loot around the area
and then head through the tunnel on the upper level. There'll be a few more
majinis in the tunnel, dispose of them and then ride the elevator.

There's a herb and some ammunition in this outside area, grab it and then head
up the stairs for a cutscene. *CHECKPOINT* Open the lockers and grab the
Dragunov SVD Rifle. You'll need it. There'll be an extremely annoying Majini
at a gatling gun. Run to the window, hide behind it and equip your newly
acquired rifle to take down the bastard. Wait a little longer since another
one may take its place and you don't want to go outside until no one is using
that turret. Head down the stairs and go outside.

You may want to use your rifle to take out some more enemies in the distance.
Usually one headshot will be enough to take them down. Follow along the wall
on the south side and climb the first set of stairs. Open the chest to find a
Diamond (Brilliant). Before you climb the long red ladder, aim to the to the
top right corner of it at the shining piece and then collect the Diamond
(Pear) which just fell. Climb up and then jump down just ahead. *CHECKPOINT*
Jump down one more time and head to a small corner in the south. Stay there
and keep killing all the majinis that come after you and in the meantime, try
to hit some which are on higher ground.

Before heading up, in this very corner, turn around and look at the metallic
structure above the truck. You'll find a BSAA Emblem. Shoot it. Go up the hill
and then jump down where the ladder is. You can find a Diamond (Square) on the
left side of the ladder, shoot it and grab it. Climb back up. When you're on
the top of the hill, push the big crate down. *CHECKPOINT* Grab all the items
on the left side of the path and when you're done, jump down the cliff.

Boss # 002 - Popokarimus
************************

This is a fairly easy boss fight. This bat-caterpillar thing has one big weak
point which is his red colored belly. The problem is, you need to flip him
over so you can hit it. You can try hitting it in the air or while it is
chasing your partner, but the most efficient way to deal with it is to plant
some proximity mines and make it crawl over it. When it does, run to its side
and shoot his belly. As you can imagine, if you don't wanna get hit, make sure
you don't stay close to him unless it is stunned. As soon as you defeat it you
will reach the chapter end.

###############################################################################
2.5 Chapter 2-3 (C23)
###############################################################################

This is a very short chapter. You'll start by controlling a turret at the back
of a truck. Simply shoot all enemies you see. Sometimes the truck will make a
sharp turn, so you'll be required to press a certain button combination so you
don't fall off. When a truck full of majinis apperar, try taking out the
driver by destroying its side window shielding and shooting him. You should
always watch the truck "health" and be careful not to let your turret
overheat. Inside the health circle a red bar will raise measuring its
temperature, so make sure it does not fill up, otherwise you'll have to wait
a while to shoot again. At a certain point the truck will come to a stop and
there'll be several majini shooting at you. Quickly, shoot all red drums to
kill them in no time.

Boss # 003 - Ndesu
******************

I guess he reminds you of someone you've met before, right? Well, you'll need
quick reflexes in the boss fight. Start by shooting at his head, specially
when he's about to step on you or punch you. Watch out for a X+A or LT+RT for
ducking since those will be quite popular. When you have the chance, shoot the
little annoying majinis. At some point, some vermins will start sprouting from
his skin. Now you have shoot them. When they're dead, a huge one will surface
on his back, unload all you got on it. After that, you'll have to restart the
whole process, head shooting, small vermin shooting and so on. Besides steps
and punches, he will try to grab a huge rock and throw at you. At the first
time, destroy the drum next to him so he drops the rock, if he does it again,
shoot the rock, it'll eventually break appart. If he grabs a pole, be ready to
dodge a lot. After some time the huge beast will fall and you will complete
the chapter.

###############################################################################
2.6 Chapter 3-1 (C31)
###############################################################################

In this chapter, you'll have to gather several pieces from a slate. Let's
start by collecting the first one by the dead body just ahead of you. There's
a Ruby (Pear) shining on a skull to your left, shoot it and grab it. On the
opposite side, there's a Beetle (Brown) sitting on a tree. Snatch it. Before
heading back to your boat, look at the electrical wires that go from your
island to the center of the lake. The second pole on the water will have a
BSAA emblem by it. You will definetely need a rifle for this one. Shoot it. Go
back to the your boat and get on it.

If you check your map, the objective points where you should put all the slate
pieces you found. Each time you insert one you get a checkpoint, so, if you
feel uneasy and wish to save your progress up to some point, just go over
there and insert one piece.

Let's start by heading on that long river west of the map. As soon as you
reach the small village, you'll have to go around it over the right side so
you can find a place to dock. *CHECKPOINT* There's a chest right next to you,
head over it and get the Idol (Silver). The first hut has just a small
treasure, head now to the hut on the northwest side. A considerably big group
of majinis will attack you. Those are a new kind, they look like some
cannibals and they may wield spears and shields. Take care of this annoying
group before doing anything else. On the NW hut, open the chest to find the
second piece of the slate. The northeast hut has just some ammo. Headh back
to your boat. *CHECKPOINT* Now head back to the lake. Some more dudes will
try to prevent you from succeding. If you're Chris, drive around so Sheva can
shoot them, if you're Sheva, well, you know what to do.

Once they're dead and the gate is open, drive along the river running over any
majini you find. When you finally reach the lake, check your GPS and head
towards that port on the east side of it. Dock on the port. *CHECKPOINT* Now
you have to cross this small pond, and that's where you'll meet your new
friend, the crocodile. I woudn't advise to fight it back, simply, watch where
they are and avoid them at all costs, if he catches you, you're dead. Head
towards the far east of the pond and climb the ladder. It is not difficult at
all to avoid the crocodiles, simply avoid them and maintain a safe distance,
you should be fine then. If you're feeling lucky, there's a Ruby (Pear) on
a fence on the opposite side of the ladder, you don't have to shoot it to
grab it. As soon as you enter the hut, some majinis will try to scare you.
Show them what you're made of and get the goodies inside the hut. If you
missed your chance the get an Egg (White) before, there's one just laying here
on the shelf. Go inside the smaller hut, kill the majini and get the slate
piece inside the chest. Head back to the boat.

*CHECKPOINT* Head to the little hut in the middle of the lake. There's a
Beetle (Brown) by some flowers and inside the hut you'll find a chest with a
Chalice (Silver) inside it. There are a few Eggs (White) around and some
chicken you can kill to get some more. Before you leave, head to the flowers
and aim under the hut to find one BSAA Emblem. Shoot it.

Head now to the port on the northeast side of the lake. *CHECKPOINT* There's a
skull holding an Emerald (Pear) right ahead of you. Right next to it are some
goodies and a document detailing how to perform melee hits and combos. On the
outside of the first hut, there's another skull holding a Ruby (Pear). Move on
to the next area and grab all the goodies you want. When you're done, give a
boost to Sheva so she clibms up the west tower and grabs an Idol (Silver) for
you. Help her in the next tower so she gets the last slate piece. Another
horde of majinis will try to kill you. They'll fail miserably since you rip
them apart. Well, that is if you manage to kill the new enemy you'll meet. The
Duvalia sprouts of some of their heads and is immune to bullets unless it
opens its mouth. You can shoot its body to make it do so. When you're done,
head to your beloved boat.

*CHECKPOINT* You could go now to your objective on the west side of the lake,
but let's head instead to the northwest corner of it. Before docking at the
port on the edge of the lake, head a little bit to the SE and dock at a small
platform with a boat. Head to the big suitcase and grab the Rocket Launcher.
You can go now to the hut in the edge of the lake. Inside the hut, look up
to find a BSAA Emblem. Shoot it. There's also a chest ahead containing a new
Chalice (Silver). Grab it and head now to the objective point, on the west
edge of the lake.

Insert the 4 pieces on the alcove at the door. *CHECKPOINT* Jump down on the
marshes and check the platform you were just standing. Under it you will find
a BSAA emblem. Shoot it. Follow the marshes killing all majinis you find until
you reach a village. *CHECKPOINT* Explore the village and grab as many items
as you can. Avoid getting into an area with a dead body, a shining object and
some holes in the ground. You'll be trapped and you'll also call the horde of
majinis. Eventually, an evil music will start playing and you'll face some
dudes. This is the first time also you'll fight the Giant Majini. You can try
going to the main hut, climb the ladder and push down some torches to help you
fight them. Each Giant Majini will drop a Blue Enigma stone, make sure you
get those. When you're done with this party, head to the dead body and grab
the S&W M29 Magnum. Collect the rest of the items and then go to a path in the
northeast corner of the village.

Have your partner to move the crank, then head towards the newly created
bridge. *CHECKPOINT* Shoot the jars and right after shoot the snakes inside it
to find an Egg (Brown). Climb the stairs and open the door for your partner.
There are several items scattered on the table, including a long diary to
quench your your thirst for more information. Follow the path and enter the
cave to find a Ceremonial mask. Go on ahead and take a ride on the little
train to end this chapter.

###############################################################################
2.7 Chapter 3-2 (C32)
###############################################################################

After your little ride, go outside and kill every single one of those nasty
majinis. You can stand on the balcony from the hut and shoot them from the
distance. Head down, some more will come. After you got some peace, head to
the crank and Sheva will ask Chris to take the raft while she turns it. Do as
she says and board the raft. *CHECKPOINT* Be ready for some X+A or LT+RT QTEs,
some crocodiles will try to attack you on the raft. Dodge them and exit as
soon as you can. Lower the bridge and cross it.

*CHECKPOINT* Follow the tunnel and you'll reach some Tricell tents. Loot them
and don't foget to go behind them. Look at some sacks piled between them to
find a BSAA Emblem. Shoot it. Move along the path until you find a refinery.
Enter it.

As soon as you enter it, clear the area of all threats. There'll be serveral
majinis nagging you with their stupid bowguns, try to deal with those first.
Go to the southeast area and use the lever to call the zip line. Use it and
then turn the first big red valve. As soon as you unblock the door one nasty
chainsaw majini will come after you. Dispose of him *CHECKPOINT* and grab the
Venom Fang that he drops. Climb up the central area and turn the handle on the
west side of the pillar. Some majinis will come to bother you. After you've
dealt with them, head to the area where you stopped the flames and call the
zip line one more time. Head down and guess what? Another chainsaw majini.
Same deal, don't forget to grab the Venom Fang again. If you're on a high
difficulty setting, this bastard will rise again just like the first one you
killed. Turn the red handle at the end of the zip line to clear out the path
on the east. Follow it. There'll be a few more majini. After those, just enter
the door.

After the cutscene, you've got to survive and make sure both of your partners
survive so you can ride the elevator. Just kill everyone as fast as you can,
and collect the items while you do it. As soon as Josh is done, take the
elevator. *CHECKPOINT* Follow the path killing as many enemies as you can.
When you are in the northwest corner, before you jump down, place 2 or 3
proximity mines if you have some. Then, jump down and start shooting everyone
to protect Josh while he messes with the computer. There'll be one more
Chainsaw Majini. Concentrate your firepower on him. Usually the door will open
before you kill everyone, if you manage to defeat the chainsaw majini, be sure
to collect the Gold Ring he drops. Enter the door when you're done.

Head down the path and open the big red door. At the dock, take the right path
and head towards the big ship. *CHECKPOINT* Alright, now you have two minutes
to fight a horde of majinis, shoot a BSAA Emblem and get to the other side of
the docks. No sweat. Hurry to the room on your left, enter it and shoot the
BSAA Emblem on the wall, now, forget about those majinis and hurry back to the
other side of the docks. There's going to be a locked gate which you'll have
to shoot to open and some adjules together with a Big man majini to bother
you. Watch out that right after him, there'll be two trip bombs, make sure you
disarm them first. Head to the boat and watch the fireworks while the chapter
ends.

###############################################################################
2.8 Chapter 3-3 (C33)
###############################################################################

As soon as you start this chapter, you'll have lots of majinis to take care
of. Most of them can be dealt by blowing an explosive drum or container next
to them. After some shootout, you'll dock at a bay and you'll have to open the
gate ahead so you can proceed. Before you leave your boat, turn around so you
face the direction you came from (east) and look under the bridge you just
passed under. You should see a BSAA Emblem under it. It's kinda hard to shoot
it with a handgun, but if you have your rifle, then the emblem is history. In
this first gate, you shoudn't have much trouble finding the switch to open it,
just head along the path, jump over and then flick the switch. As soon as you
do it, some people will come to annoy you. Deal with them and then hop in the
boat.

*CHECKPOINT* More shootout, same deal as before, but don't forget to duck the
large tubulation you'll face by pressing X when you're near it. Leave the boat
and follow along the path. Again, some more people will come to pester you.
You should cover behind this metal plate next to the boat so you can take care
of the gatling gun guys, which are you biggest threat. After they're done, you
should be able to handle the rest of them just fine. Don't cross the river,
instead, follow the path along, go through the door and climb the ladder ahead
of you. Enter the room, open the drawer and loot the Emerald (Marquise). Exit
through the other door and jump down. Pull the lever and your partner will
head to the one across the river to do the same thing. As you may imagine,
some majinis will try to kill you again. Instead of going back to the boat,
jump down on some wood planks and follow along the way. There's a Sapphire
(Pear), some magnum ammo and if you head all the way to the south you'll find
a shiny M3 Shotgun. You can head back to the boat now.

Boss # 004 - Irving
*******************

It's just an enormous sea beast, so nothing to be afraid of, right? So here's
the deal. You won't use any of your weapons. The boat has 4 turrets. The ones
at the side of the ship fire some grenades of sorts, and the two at the rear
are regular machine guns. In this entire fight, you should pay attention to
the dodge action, since it'll be Irving's basic attack. Just keep destroying
his tentacles and when he's away, like a whale or something, try to hit his
head or whatever that is which is orange collored. It's kinda hard to hit, I
know. Make sure you pay attention to which side of the ship he shows up, you
gotta be fast. After some time, it'll grab the rear of the ship. Run over
there and shoot him as much and you can, just make sure your gun does not
overheat. When he dives, get a little bit away from the gun so he doesn't bite
you. You may have to dodge it tough. After some time he should go down and
you'll reach the end of this short chapter.

###############################################################################
2.9 Chapter 4-1 (C41)
###############################################################################

Start off by looting the cabin ahead, make sure you find a flash grenade,
since you'll need one soon. Follow the path and you'll be presented to your
new foes, those spider things are called Bui kichwa, and, Flash Grenades work
marvelously against them. Just throw one and poof, they're gone. Instead of
climbing this ladder in front of you, go further until you find a jar, climb
the ledge beside it and open the chest for a nice Topaz (Trilliant). Before
climbing the ladder, go to some wood things near the cliff. If you aim towards
it past the rock bridge you shall see a BSAA Emblem. Shoot it. Head back and
climb the ladder now.

Follow the path, killing the spiders until you reach a big door. Before
proceeding through it, shoot the skull and grab the Ruby (Pear) it holds.
There's also a Sapphire (Pear) beside it.

Head along the path and jump down. Before jumping down the second gap, look to
your left (north) until you find a big diamong like thing, check the structure
holding it and you will find a BSAA Emblem. It may be hard to hit it with a
handgun, but it is possible. Shoot it. Jump down, follow along and open the
white stone coffin to find some cash. Right next to it there's a torch holding
an Emerald (Pear). *CHECKPOINT* Gotta hate those guys. Jump down. If you're
playing as Sheva, provide some support to Chris. If you're Chris, yes, you
know, take care of them. Shortly after you'll meet with Sheva. Open the other
coffin to find a Sapphire (Square), a Sapphire (Pear) and more cash. In the
next room you'll find a skull holding a Ruby (Pear). Take it. Then, cross
the little bridge and open the next coffin.

Quickly, press X to avoid breaking your legs. *CHECKPOINT* More spideys. More
majinis. More fun. Kill'em all, and then when the stone door opens more will
come. When they're all done, grab the Sapphire (Trilliant) on the east
corridor, a Ruby (Trilliant) on the south and Emerald (Trilliant) on the west
corridor. Head north and take care of the rest. Go to that structure on the
center of the room and turn it. Forget about the goodies and RUN to the door
on the north. When you reach inside it, the fireballs will go away and you'll
be able to go back and fetch all the treasures.

In the next room, be prepared for some fierce button mashing. You'll have to
mash the A button to run, and press either X or B to jump some gaps. In the
third one, right after the jump, be prepared to press LT+RT so Chris doesn't
fall to his doom. Pull the two chain cords to lower down some stairs. Proceed
ahead and welcome to the most annoying part of the game. This is supposed to
be some sort of labyrinth. You have to pull numberless chains until the path to
your objective opens. Okay, let's hurry up and finish this.

First of all, go all the way down, take a left and go to the SW quadrant to
find a briefcase holding a Grenade Launcher. Now head to the NW quadrant and
ask Sheva to pull the chain for you. Go around it and pull the other one. Take
the Sapphire (Square) and head back to the central area. Before going up the
new stairs you just created look up on the west above the green statue to find
a BSAA Emblem. Shoot it. Now go up the stairs. Go to your left, jump the gap
and seize the Idol (Gold).

Pull the chains, grab the Emerald (Square), go back, turn right and... Oh God,
more of those. Don't bother going after them since they'll come right at you.
When they're gone, continue following the path. You'll come down some stairs
and go up another set right after it. At the top, pull the new set of chains,
grab the Topaz (Square). Go to the right and grab one of the chains, while
Sheva grabs the other one. If she decides not to cooperate, go down, find the
other statue and grab the chain while she goes back to the other one. There's
a Sapphire (Pear) next to the upper statue and a Ruby (Pear) in the other one.
Go to the center, head down the path to the south and pull the last set of
chains.

Unless you want to waste ammo and herbs, hurry, grab the Ruby (Oval) and head
up the stairs. Yes, I know about it, forget this beast and run. When you get
close to the end, you'll have to mash A to run from it. Open the door ahead of
you to end this chapter.

###############################################################################
2.10 Chapter 4-2 (C42)
###############################################################################

Head up the stairs and go straight ahead. You'll learn that you need three
circular pieces to open the door ahead of you. Take the east path and you'll
learn that those majinis are not as dumb as they look. There's nothing to
worry about. These "laser" beams can hurt you pretty bad, but they can be
easily avoided. So take the east path, cross the laser beam way and head to
the southwest corner. Kill all the majinis, head to the upper balcony and take
the Sea emblem. Some people will come to visit you, including a Giant majini.
Yes, big treasures! Kill them, don't forget to take the Blue enigma that the
giant drops. Head to that "laser" path you were before and now you have to
follow along it north. Just make sure you use every corner of the corridor
when you see one to avoid the "laser" (ok, enough with the joke). Use the
first corner on the right, then take the path to the left and there'll be a
second laser corridor. Same strategy, get to the end of it.

Ok, one more corridor, as soon as the laser goes by, run to the left (west)
and take the first right. *CHECKPOINT* Okay, go back to the end of the
corridor, make sure Sheva has a healing item and assist jump her to the other
side. If you're Sheva, run as fast as you can to grab the Sky emblem and then
come back just following the path and jumping down on the other side. If
you're Chris, support her by shooting the majinis. Be warned that a Giant
majini will come to torment you.

Now you have to cross this whole corridor. It has two laser beams, and the
middle of it, under the bridge, is a safe point. *CHECKPOINT* If you head
to the northeast corner, besides fetching the Emerald (Pear) on the torch, you
can also shoot the majini controlling the laser next to you. This is going to
save you some trouble now. Follow along the path heading south and take the
first path left. Kill the gang before taking the Earth emblem on the pedestal.
Head down the stairs, follow the path and turn right at the end to reach that
place where you have to place the emblems. *CHECKPOINT* Head along and do not
forget to shoot the Diamond (Trilliant) above to the door before entering it.

Head down the stairs, open the door. Be careful, those beams can cause some
damage if you don't pay attention. You've got to move some mirrors so you can
activate a small elevator. Move counter-clockwise the mirror on the northwest
side of the room to activate the elevator. Move down. *CHECKPOINT* Before
knocking down the first pillar, move clockwise the mirror on the center of the
room, then move the counter-clockwise the one in the northeast and knock down
the pillar on the south corner of the room. When you're done, knock down the
first pillar and voil.

This one is a little bit trickier. Unless you want to fight some spiders which
will not leave you any cash, do not open the chest in the middle of the room.
Before doing anything else, go to the room on the north side, kill the
spiders, look back and up, to find a BSAA Emblem. Shoot it. Move clockwise the
mirror on the southwest, the one in the northwest and finally the one on the
northeast. You saw what I saw? There's a shiny Idol (Gold) on the chamber on
the east. You may break the vases as well, but be warned that they're full
of snakes, but it's worth the treasures. The chamber on the west side has a
Bettle (Gold). Now, move any of the mirrors except the one in the middle in
any direction, go to the mirror in the center and move it counter-clockwise
and the move the mirror before this one back to its original position. There,
head down the elevator. Head straight ahead to end this chapter.

###############################################################################
2.11 Chapter 5-1 (C51)
###############################################################################

Flowers! Gotta love flowers! Besides them, there's a lovely BSAA Emblem just
waiting to be shot. Head to whe east path and look under the bridge ahead of
you. Shoot it. Head to the north path, read that lovely file by the crates and
continue ahead along the tunnel. There's another document. Open the door when
you're done.

On the room to your left, there's some ammo and lots of documents to be read.
There are some more documents and ammo in the next room. Go past it, follow
along the corridor. Get into the room at the end of the corridor and pull the
switch. Break the glass, go past the kennel and... Lickers! If you played
BioHazard 2, you're familiar with those! Shotguns are your best shot against
them. Make sure you check their bodies since they usually leave nice presents
for you. Go inside the room they just broke the glass, open the door and enter
the first room to your right. Inside it you'll find the AK-74 Machinegun. Take
it. Head along the corridor *CHECKPOINT* and head up the stairs.

Pull the switch and head to the door. You might have a chance to go past them
without being noticed. If you are, be prepared to fight a huge horde of
lickers. Head along, take down the door at the northwest corner and call the
elevator at the end of the corridor. You now have to wait until the elevator
arrives, and for that, you gotta survive another horde of lickers. Familiar,
huh? As soon as the elevator arrives, you may take it. There'll be a dodge
sequence in the next cutscene, be prepared.

Boss # 005 - U-8
****************

This boss is scary, but it's not hard at all. Make sure you got some grenades
with you. You have to hit the red colored part of its elbow until it gets
stunned. Then you'll go near him and toss a grenade in its mouth. You don't
have to manually do that, simply go near his mouth and press X. You'll start
breaking the shell from its head. Then you can start shooting either the elbow
or the exposed part of its head. Make sure you dodge ALL attacks when prompted
since a single failure can lead to instant death. Eventually he'll also send
some mosquitoes of sorts, kill them asap, they can be very annoying.

###############################################################################
2.12 Chapter 5-2 (C52)
###############################################################################

As soon as you start, just go ahead and enter the door. Enter the door and you
will be presented to your new friends. Those majinis are heavily armed. Yes,
they can shoot you! Good thing you can shoot back. Now it's a good time to
start using the take cover command. Get the past area with the majinis, open
the door.

The next area is infested with those. Make good use of the take cover command
and you should be just fine. When you're done, open the door at the end.
*CHECKPOINT* More, more enemies. Now when you get upstairs, there are some
nice explosive barrels you can shoot to save some ammo. Once you're done, take
the elevator at the west corner.

Narrow corridors, gory stuff. Lickers. Kill them. Grenades are a good one,
specially when you have lots of them in the same corner. Open the door, head
to your right, break the crates and shoot one majini on the floor below. This
will atract a few more people. Kill them from where you're standing, and, when
you're done, jump down.

Head along the path, climb the ladder and then jump down. You can go to the
west corner and collect a few treasures if you wish, then go to the east part,
climb up the stairs and jump in the conveyor belt. Run along it dodging the
crates and then climb up at the right end of it. You can pull the lever to
make it stop. Head up, take down the door. *CHECKPOINT* Now jump in the second
conveyor belt and head along it. You didn't think it would be that easy, did
you? Make sure you give a higher priority to the majinis on the platforms
above. The ones running in the belt can be easily dealt by exploding the red
barrels alond the belt. Make sure you don't get yourself killed by exploding
one that's too close of you or your partner.

Stop the belt by pulling the lever at the end and then head down the stairs.
Look inside the dumpster to your left to find a BSAA Emblem. Shoot it. Go to
the table nearby, open the briefcase to find a SIG 556 Machinegun. Snatch it.

Go ahead, ignore the lever and follow the way. Head to the area marked with
the objective and pull the lever. *CHECKPOINT* Head back to that lever you
just ignored and... You'll meet your new friend, the Reaper. Avoid getting too
close of it since it can kill you instantly. Aim to those yellowish blisters
it has and shoot them, that's its only weak point. When you're done with it,
make sure you grab the Power stone and head to that lever you ignored before
and pull it.

You have to reach the upper right side of the belt, but those crates will give
you some trouble, head to the lower part, slash along the dead corpses (make
sure you dodge them) and then take the right part of the belt, run to the
climbable part and move along towards the objective. In the next part, grab
the goodies and enter the door.

Boss # 006 - Uroboros Mkono
***************************

Okay, this boss can either be a pain in your ass or a breeze, depends on how
much patience you have to defeat it. Except for its arms, it is immune to
regular gunshots. You need to set this bastard on fire. Use all incendiary
grenades you have, but don't waste them, throw one at a time, and while it is
stunned, shoot the orange blisters things it sprouts from its head. If/When
you run out of those, try to use the red canisters around the area while it is
near it. When those are gone too, you're gona have to use that "portable"
flamethrower which is on the back of the room. It resembles to that big
lantern you used in the cave, it's kinda big, it makes you go slower, but it
is your only choice. Instead of going like a maniac after it, make sure you
destroy both of its arms first. Shoot the orange blisters on its arms until
they're gone THEN you get the flamethrower and use it. It is going to take a
few times to kill it, when its arms grow back again or the flamethrower is
depleted, return it to its charging station, kill some time, destroy its arms
again and repeat the process. When this beast goes down you reach the end of
this chapter.

2.13 Chapter 5-3 (C53)
###############################################################################

Exit through the door on the north side of the room. Look behind the big fan
on the right, it is kinda hard to see but there is a hidden BSAA emblem behind
it. Shoot it. You can go back to where Excella was to grab a few goodies,
including a Sapphire (Marquise) which is inside a safe, then follow along the
corridor until the end. Grab the goodies, run along and enter the door. Do you
see those big metal plates along the corridor? You'll need to use those
constantly. Lean against them and shoot whichever majinis you can. The first
room on the left has a few goodies, fetch them and continue along the corridor
killing everyone you can in advance. You'll face a two Reapers along the way,
deal with them as well. The room on the east side has lots of goodies,
including a H&K PSG-1 Rifle. Take it. Before you leave the room, pull the
lever to restore power.

Reach your objective and some people will come with the lift. Deal with them
while they're harmless. *CHECKPOINT* Pull the lever nearby to take Sheva to
the other side. Help her by killing those majinis around her, take the lift
and wait for her to take you by her side. Follow along the path to the east
side and now you'll have to be extra careful. There'll be a rocket launcher
majini which you don't want to hit you. Lean against the metal plates and deal
with him first. Enter the control room, snatch the Royal necklace and all the
other goodies then head towards your objective.

Head along to the main area and pull the levers near the computer with the
green screen which is under the stairs. Now you'll have to shoot some majinis
from where you're standing. Some of them will pull a lever which will make the
elevator stop. Memorize the location of the first one you kill that makes the
elevator go up again. In his balcony there's a BSAA emblem which you can shoot
as soon as the elevator goes past it. Shoot it. Then just kill everyone you
can see. When you reach the top, follow along the stairs and enter the big
door.

In the next area, head to the back of the small room and pull the lever to
restore the power. Head to the newly powered lever, head to the side of the
elevator shaft to find a BSAA emblem. Shoot it. Pull the lever. Send Sheva up.
*CHECKPOINT* If you're Sheva, run along the path until you find a blue box
above the little room. Push it down, jump down, down the ladder and unlock the
door. If you're Chris, help her by shooting the lickers. It's kinda tough to
hit them, I know. Some lickers will climb out some holes in the wall against
the chasm, you can easily kill them by shooting them and making them fall. If
you're having trouble sending Sheva to do the work, you can go in the elevator
in her place if you wish. When you're done taking care of all lickers, enter
the small room, take the Chalice (Gold) from inside the locker, pull the lever
and cross the bridge.

Boss # 007 - Wesker and Jill
****************************

Just like Wesker says, he's got seven minutes. So that means you gotta survive
seven minutes to win this fight. Don't bother shooting Jill or shooting Wesker
when he's looking at you. Jill will be bothering with a machinegun, if you
manage to get close to her, you can know her down by going behind her and
holding her while Sheva lends a hand, and she'll stay put for a few moments.
Eventually, a cutscene will play and you'll have access to a brand new area.
Just run, hide, and avoid facing Wesker (and Jill) at all costs. There's a
stone casket with a L. Hawk Magnum and some precious stones, make sure you
grab them during the fight.

Boss # 008 - Jill
*****************

This isn't much of a boss fight, but, well, never mind. You have to remove
that ugly thing from Jill's chest. You have to restrain her by holding her
and Sheva must shoot it. The opposite also works, but in this case, Chris will
pull it from her while Sheva holds. Sometimes, Sheva will throw Jill to the
ground and then you can also try to take it from her. Make sure you don't let
Jill go too far away or she'll use that annoying machinegun of hers. After 3
or 4 attempts you should succesfully pull the device off and finish this
chapter.

###############################################################################
2.14 Chapter 6-1 (C61)
###############################################################################

As soon as you start the chapter, look south to the radar. There'll be a BSAA
emblem on it. I recommend using the PSG-1 with a fully upgraded scope. Shoot
it. Jump down, grab the goodies and kill the majinis. Follow along, climb the
ladder and jump down to the front of the ship. Some doggies and majinis will
come to stop you. Stop them first and head along the path on the east side. A
Big man majini will be promptly waiting for you. Deal with him and steal his
Jewel bangle. Take the rest of the enemies down and then jump down to the area
ahead.

Follow along to the west side of the ship and press the button near that weird
device so you can pass. *CHECKPOINT* Climb the ladder and push the big
dumpster with your partner so you can proceed. Jump down and Sheva will be
trapped inside a cage. The container on the north contains a BSAA emblem. It
is not possible to hit it with a gun, but if you throw a grenade inside it you
should be able to destroy it. If you're playing with her, make sure to help
Chris. He will need it. If you're Chris, survive the majini wave and make sure
you do not reach the dying state since Sheva will not be able to save you.
Grab the Crane keycard when the enemy drops it. Get near that weird container
and shoot the green button above it. Go under it and use the Crane keycard on
the panel just in front of you. Proceed through the door, head up and climb
the ladder to the crane. Pull the lever to raise the cage and save Sheva. Head
back and meet with her, just be careful because some doggies may be lurking
around.

Head back to the area you got the Crane keycard, go past where Sheva's cage
was and climb up the ladder, and head to the east area. Step up in the yellow
container and Sheva should raise it for you. Be a gentleman and do the same
for her by shooting the green button by it. Head along, jump down and head
south to meet Sheva. Head up the stairs and enter the door. Grab the goodies,
head down the stairs and follow the loooong path all the way down. All the way
down there'll be a Jail breaker Shotgun inside a briefcase. Take it. When
you're ready, enter the door. After the cutscene, take all the ammo you can
find the room, read the document over the table and look to the shelves on the
north side of the room. You should find the last BSAA emblem. Shoot it.

Enter the door on the west side of the room. In the next area, make good use
of the covers along the path so you can kill everyone down there safely. There
are some explosives barrels which you can use to make your job easier. When
you get down, another wave of majinis will come, there'll be some in the
balcony above, make sure you don't forget those. When the area is clear, jump
down the hatch, follow along it and climb up at the end. *CHECKPOINT* Now
things are getting serious. A Gatling gun majini will make its debut. This guy
is STRONG, he's stronger than a Chainsaw majini, he can throw grenades and
guess... Use its gatling gun. Use any heavy weapons you may have against him,
magnums are a good choice. You can also use some explosive tanks in the area.
Deal with him and take the Tanker keycard A that it drops. In the southwest
corner of the area there's a safe with the Tanker keycard B. Steal it and head
to the door on the southeast.

*CHECKPOINT* Use both keycards to open the door. There'll be a few majinis
wielding rocket launchers in the next area. Wipe them out and get on the
elevator on the other side of the room to end this chapter.

###############################################################################
2.15 Chapter 6-2 (C62)
###############################################################################

Head down the stairs and go to that large pile of corpses. There will be a few
QTEs which you have to press X, A and LT+RT. As soon as the chase is over you
will end inside the ship. Follow the corridor and pay attention to some QTEs
that you will have to do. Excella will try to hit you from the ceiling and you
will have to dodge her attacks. Enter the first room to your right, open the
locker and take the Chalice (Gold). Exit the room through the other door,
follow the corridor and enter the first room on the left. Exit through the
other door and head up the stairs.

Go to the end of the corridor and start killing those "dead" bodies. One of
them will drop a Bridge keycard, make sure you take it. Head back to the room
just before the bodies and enter it. There's another Chalice (Gold) inside the
lockers. Head back, past the bodies and enter the room to your right. Use the
Bridge keycard on the keycard reader by the door and open it. Head up the
stairs, take all the ammo you can find and then head to the corner, read that
nice document by the board and head up the stairs on the east side of the
bridge. Break the boxes, take the loor and open the gate just ahead.

Boss # 009 - Uroboros Aheri
***************************

Poor Excella. Look at what she has become. Let's end her pain. Just like all
the other Uroboros fights, your goal is to destroy the orange blisters it has.
If you read the last document, I guess you have a clue on what needs to be
done. Use the Bridge keycard in the panel on the back and take the L.T.D.
Climb the ladder to the upper part. Now you have to aim and hold the shoot
button while you focus on the orange blister until the aim locks. It is easier
said than done, since she will try to hit you and you will have to dodge her
attacks. When you hit her, it is going to take some time for the L.T.D. to
recharge and she will also spit some stuff on you, make sure you or your
partner kill it so you can get some items. When it exposes a large orange
bulb, don't waste any time and hit it as well with the "laser" weapon. After
some hits she will go down and you will finish this chapter.

###############################################################################
2.16 Chapter 6-3 (C63)
###############################################################################

Go back through the same gate you came in and head back to the bridge. After
the cutscene, take the elevator at the south side of the bridge. Star killing
all majinis around you, then follow the corridor. Jump down the ladder until
you reach the small pool then climb up again the other ladder and reach the
lever on the small balcony. Pull it. Some majinis will come to attack you
while the big door opens. Hide behind the pillars while you shoot the majinis
across the gap. There'll be lots of them and they'll be heavily armed. When
you think its safe, cross the gap and kill the rest of them.

Before pulling the levers by the second gate, take your time to explore the
area and take all the items you can find, specially herbs and sprays since you
will need those very soon. When you're equipped and ready for action, pull
the levers by the gate to open it. *CHECKPOINT* Turn around and take care of
these Reapers first. When you kill them, head to the gate and it shall open.
Yes, you'll have to take down two Gatling gun majinis at the same time, not to
mention countless other majinis. This can be a little bit tough, specially if
you're at a higher difficulty level. Move a lot and hit them just when you
have the chance. Don't give the space to shoot you and you should be fine.
When they fall down, steal their Hangar keycards and then head to the door on
the south side. Rush along the corridor and enter the next door.

Boss # 010 - Wesker
*******************

You have to shut down all light sources first. Head to the southeast side of
the area and pull the lever, then head north and pull the other one. Now head
to the southwest part, turn the last one off then head north, break the glass
and take the R.P.G. Take some distance from Wesker and shoot a grenade. He
should hold it with his hand. Quickly, take a regular weapon and destroy the
grenade. He should be stunned for a few moments, now is your chance to
restrain him while your partner tries to inject the serum. You will fail the
first time, just reload the R.P.G. with another grenade (there's one on the
northeast crate). As soon as you're done, hit him again, destroy the grenade,
restrain and inject the serum. Sometimes Wesker will go near the jet and will
start throwing some rockets at you. It's not hard to dodge those, just keep
running and you should be fine. Also, he will turn the lights back on, make
sure all of them are off when you are shooting the grenades.

There'll be a few cutscenes loaded with QTEs, make sure you hit them. Break
all the crates, take all the items and then head up the hill.

Boss # 011 - Uroboros Wesker
****************************

Star by running up the hill until you and your partner split. Sheva will tell
you to go to high ground. Jump across the gap and take the left path up. If
you're Sheva, shoot the orange blister on his back, if you're Chris, help her
by shooting him in the same spot as well. After some time, he'll get angry at
Sheva and will go after her. With Chris, head down the slope, take the path
left until you reach a big boulder. You may also need to help Sheva by
shooting Wesker. If you're Sheva, run along the path until you reunite with
Chris. Head back to that higher ground area and shoot him. *CHECKPOINT* All
you got, magnums, rifles, shotguns, you name it. Try to hit his orange
blister which will move from his back to his front. If you stay away from him
he quite can not hit you. As soon as he goes down, there'll be one last QTE
where you have to press LT+RT. As soon as you hit it you reach the final
chapter end.

certain tasks. For more information, refer to the Bonus Features section.

The figures are high-resolution models of several characters and enemies from
the game. Besides being able to rotate and zoom the model, they also have a
little synthesized voice, usually it's just a sound or a scream.

5. Enemies (ENE)
===============================================================================

I've split all the enemies from the game in 3 sections: regular enemies,
tougher enemies and bosses.

-Regular enemies consist of usually easy to defeat foes which can be found in
quite abundance during the game.

-Tougher enemies require quite a bit of work to be dealt with. They are not
found in big quantities and they usually pose a threat to you, even when
fighting them alone.

-Bosses, as you can imagine, are the toughest enemies of the game. Some of
them can be quite troublesome to be defeated, others can actually be quite
simple if you have the right strategy to defeat it.

6. Achievement Guide (ACH)
===============================================================================

Note that some achievement solutions may contain small spoilers! If you do not
understand the description it means you haven't reached the point in the game
where you can unlock it.

Completed Chapter X-X (15G)
***************************

Simply play though the game and complete the specified chapter.

Recruit (15G)
*************

Complete all chapters on the amateur difficulty.

Soldier (15G)
*************

Complete all chapters on the normal difficulty. This achievement is stackable,
if you complete this, Recruit will be automatically completed.

Veteran (30G)
*************

Complete all chapters on the veteran difficulty. Just like Soldier, this
achievement is stackable. Unlocking it will automatically unlock Soldier and
Recruit.

War Hero (70G)
**************

Complete all chapters on the professional difficulty. The professional
difficulty level is unlocked when you have completed the game on the Veteran
level.

Heart Stopper (15G)
*******************

You have to knock down a Licker on the ground, go over him and use the Stab
melee command. You'll stab it in the heart and unlock this achievement.

A Friend in Need (15G)
**********************

You've got to help your partner 10 times when he needs help. That's usually
when an enemy grabs him, you've just got to shoot the attacking enemy or
perform a certain command while near your partner. You'll usually unlock this
during a regular playthrough.

Lifeguard (15G)
***************

Very similar to A Friend in Need. You've got to rescue your partner when he's
on the DYING status. You gotta do that 10 times Just get close to him and hit
B.

Baptism by Fire (15G)
*********************

You need to defeat three Majini with a single explosive drum or tank. Just
make sure you got at least three near one and shoot it.

Meat Shower (15G)
*****************

Similar to Baptism by Fire. Kill three Majinis with a single grenade.

Go into the Light (15G)
***********************

You have to defeat 2 enemies at the same time with a flash grenade. The best
part to do this is at the beginning of chapter 4-1. Just throw one flash
grenade at the Bui kichwas when they show up from the ground.

Fireworks (15G)
***************

Very simple achievement. Find an enemy with an explosive in its hand and shoot
the explosive.

Get Physical (15G)
******************

You've got to defeat 20 enemies with melee hits. The easiest way is to finish
enemies by stepping over them when they're fallen on the ground.

Exploding Heads (15G)
*********************

Kill 20 enemies with headshots. It's not hitting the enemy with a headshot
but dealing the final hit with a headshot. Their heads pop when that happens.
A headshot with a rifle will usually result in instant death.

A Cut Above (15G)
*****************

Simply defeat 5 enemies using the knife only. It's best to do this in the
beginning of the game, where there are fewer and weaker zombies.

Cattle Prod (15G)
*****************

The Stun run can be bought on the shop after a certain chapter. Simply defeat
30 enemies using it.

Crowd Control (15G)
*******************

You've got to defeat 30 enemies using the Gatling gun. It needs to be the big
Gatling gun that you buy for $50,000 in the shop, all other gatling guns do
not count. Also, this gun is only available in the shop after you fully
upgrade the VZ61. This gun can only be wielded by Chris.

Bull's-eye (15G)
****************

Equivalent to the Crowd Control achievement, in this one, you have to defeat
30 enemies using the Long bow. It also costs $50,000 and can only be bought
after fully upgrading the S75 Rifle. This weapon can only be wielded by Sheva.

Be the Knife (60G)
******************

It may sound complicated, but it's extremely easy. Find an enemy holding a
bowgun and aiming at you. Aim the knife and as soon as the arrow is going to
hit you, swing the knife to deflect the arrow and unlock this achievement.

All Dressed Up (30G)
********************

Purchase all extra costumes. The first pair of extra costumes is unlocked as
soon as you complete the game for the first time. The second pair of costumes
is unlocked when you find 25 and 30 BSAA emblems. Refer to the BSAA emblem
section for more information.

Egg Hunt (15G)
**************

Find all four kinds of eggs.

Stockpile (30G)
***************

Obtain all weapons.
Here's a partial list of weapons:

AK-74 (Machine Gun)
Dragunov SVD (Rifle)
Grenade Launcher
S75 (Rifle)
H&K PSG-1 (Rifle)
H&K MP5 (Machine Gun)
H&K P8 (Handgun)
Ithaca M37 (Shotgun)
Jail Breaker (Shotgun)
L. Hawk (Magnum)
M3 (Shotgun)
M92F (Handgun)
M93R (Handgun)
Rocket Launcher
S75 (Rifle)
S&W M29 (Magnum)
SIG 556 (Machine Gun)
SIG P226 (Handgun)
Stun Rod
VZ61 (Machine Gun)

Those weapons can both be acquired during a normal gameplay or they can also
be purchased in the shop.

Take It to the Max (30G)
************************

You have to purchase all available upgrades for all weapons available, except
the Stun Rod, Grenade and Rocket Launcher.

They Belong in a Museum (30G)
*****************************

Obtain all treasures in the game. I will add more details as soon as I have
them.

Badge of Honor (30G)
********************

Find all BSAA emblems. I do not have their complete location list yet. Check
the walkthrough for a few locations for now.

They're ACTION Figures! (30G)
*****************************

Collect all figurines. Those can be unlocked/bought in the Bonus Feature menu.
Not all will be available from the start, you have to progress further in the
game to unlock them.

The Works (15G)
***************

You have to chain a combo, 3 melee hits in one go.

Lead Aspirin (30G)
******************

You have to defeat a Majini with a headshot while it's jumping.

Drive By (30G)
**************

This achievement can only be done in chapter 2-3. You have to shoot the
driver's cabin until its side window protection flies away, then you have to
kill the driver inside it.

Ride the Lightning (15G)
************************

You have to kill (not just hit) a Majini with the shock from a transformer. I
found quite easy to do at the first time you face a Chainsaw Majini on chapter
2-1. There's a transformer on top of a pole right by the stairs where you
the Chainsaw Majini cutscene. Try to shoot some Majinis on their legs so they
fall near the transformer then shoot the transformer, so you can kill them.

Stop, Drop & Roll (15G)
***********************

You have to defeat 3 Majini at once by setting oil canisters on fire.

Egg on Your Face (15G)
**********************

You have to defeat a Majini throwing a rotten egg at its face.

Masters of Removing (15G)
*************************

Both you AND Sheva must help each other to remove that device from Jill's
chest. You have to either restrain Jill while your partner pulls it or the
opposite, pull it while your partner holds Jill. If you do it right, the
achievement will unlock.

Bad Blood (15G)
***************

You have to hit Wesker several times while you're fighting him and Jill. The
strategy I used was to wait for the cutscene when he throws me against the
door, run up the stairs and wait for him. Shoot him with a magnum or something
powerfull when he's not looking, run near him and execute the combo. I did
this combo two times in the veteran difficulty and that was enough for him
to run away before the seven minutes and unlock the achievement.

Who Do You Trust? (30G)
***********************

This is a sort of weird achievement. Everytime your partner helps you, or
gives you an item, make sure you press B to thank him. You have to do this
several times until the achievement is unlocked, I'm guessing 30-50 times or
so.
