The easiest way to earn this xp is to go into my carrer then you go to skills challenge once you are into it you can pick from a virity of people pick watever (if you want the biggest xp look at every person but they may be harder challenges) you may be able to only pick 3 people but once you finish challenges you will soon unlock more charecters once you hav earned this xp into your bank don't put on your power or accuarcy or dtuff like that go back to where it sais pro shop once you are in that you can pick if you want to spend your xp on galsses clubs hats gloves shoes and more stuff try to spend all your xp to get this achievement
