This only works if your character is an elf. So first, talk to one npc, close out of the dialog box then press both a and b once, x and y twice and then press down on the d pad. It wont be very noticeable but once you jump you will begin to slowely lift into the air. Make sure you run before you jump becuase for some reason once you float you can't stop, I would suggest entering the cheat again but you have to talk to an npc for the cheat to work anyway, I'm not sure
