This is by far the easiest way to complete a mission or activity involving somethin to do with you in the passenger seat, and you got cops or gangs chasing you. Aim your gun, preferably a pistol, smg or rifle but pistol works best. Aim to the right of the gang/cop car and shoot the driver. The car has no one to drive it and they swerve off the road.
