On the Batista And Rey RTWM I have to spear edge twice in one match for the bonus. When I have my signiture move stored it does not appear 'SIGNITURE MOVE' in the top left therefore cannot spear the oponent. I have tried them lying face up and down. PLEASE HELP ?

Batista's spear is different from Edge's. All you have to do is run at Edge and then press the corresponding button which allows you to use your signature move.
It's either a glitch my friend or the wrong spear. I don't think Batista has Edge's Spear. Store the Signature Move. Wait for Edge to get up and run at him and tap Y right when you reach him. You'll hit him with the spear.
You have to store the finisher thing, then simply run at Edge, and press Y, Batista will then spear Edge.
