I made a character, and I'm trying to use the Over Castle as his finisher. But for some reason it's not working. I've tried waiting on the top rope while my opponent got up, and I've tried getting him groggy then running to the ropes. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO EXECUTE THE OVER CASTLE as a FInisher???
