Beating the game

I need help beating the games as no matter how high my level is I can not beat the guy who turns into a deamon guarding the door after you destroy the great pentagram.

When I faced the demon, I used a Necromancer power which called dark power from the sky which struck the huge demon and it kind of looked like green lightning. It also sucked the HP from the Demon, and transferred it to me. I forgot what the power is called, but if your desperate to beat the game, if I were you, I would take up Necromancy. The power worked very well against him; it only took me like... 5 minutes to beat him.

the thing is called necro power and its a 4th teir spell
