I can't find the place were you find the center peice of the relic the mayer gave me a key and he said it was in borrow vally but I don't know were it is so I can find the kings borrow and get the center relic peice it's my last peice please answer this question please.

Easy, if you kill everyone in karga camp in the upper level and it unlocks automaticially
