Question for Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent

Man am stuck in the level DAM it says you have failed to kill irena in tn the computer I killed everyone and nothing it says to go up but it doesnt save so I die with 2 or 3 guys up in stairs how do I kill them or pass that level? please help me.thank you
