Press the button at the base of the left and right tanks to prevent more dolphins from spawning. Use Lisa's Hand of Buddha power to pick up the giant jellyfish and drop it in the small pool ahead (electric eels display) to electrify it, have part use his slingshot (with LT) to hit the target in King Snorky's tank to dunk him into the water, then use Lisa's power again to transfer to electrified jellyfish into King Snorky's tank (need to do this 3 times).
