For one you need the expansion pack if you got it go to anvil and you have heard
Stuff about the chapel being attacked. Then outside the chapel and talk to the guy how is preaching

Get expansion pack and go to the Anvil and talk to the Prophet(he's near the Chapel)

Talk to a priest(any) and go to anvil

If you have the expansion you can go directly to anvil to talk to the prophet. He is at the chapel most of the time.
