I can't do the part were you kill Margo and collect his tooth! I keep dying and am not sure who to kill?

You have to go through the berthing area and turn right and after you go through the hallway with all the guards in it you'll come out and margo will send a large guy to kill you. Defeat him and then go through the vent at the top of the stairs
