Dodge Charger

Hi everybody! I was just looking at the screenshots of the game on this website and I saw a dodge charger. I haven't seen that in the game so is there a way to get it?

You can get the Dodge Charger all you have to do is go get is 1971 Dodge Charger RT add on or Test Drive Unlmited Collection Volume 2 X'MAS ADD ON simple

I have not ever seen the Charger...All I have seen is the Viper
