Could someone tell me a tip or trick to unlocking s rank items or high ranking items to increase my players stat (kazuya mishima)and that of alisa so I can do the nightmare train area and also how can I unlock the other characters in scenario mode like devil jin or mokujin to get there opening and endings

to get the S rank items, you'll need to to the harder levels, like the nightmare train, even if you didn't finish it and picked up some chests you'll receive the items, that's what i'm trying to do. but rank S items are quite rare, so don't expect a shower of S items ;) if you manage to succeed, you will have a face off with devil jin (on the nightmare train)
as for mokujin, i don't know
For mokujin go to beat the area with Leo as the boss and beat it on hard difficulty.
You don't need to go on hard stages!
I first played as lili on her stage(brayan,meguel and that guy and lili)
I played them with these players and for lili I got rank F items and I sold them all!
