Hey I was playing starocean and I came to en 2 but I couldnt go any farther because it said I neede a wind ring how do I get it

You find it in the Cemetary, at the tree on EN2. You have to talk to the guy at the first set of viens down in the maze first and he will tell you to find it and it will start a "mini quest." You have to talk to all of the people on the way in order to unlock the "ring."
