You have to compleat the challenges on each level and when you get like 180 challenges then you you go to the character upgrades and buy them with the points you earned
You have to beat the chalenges then you can get them with the points you got from beating the level
You have to complete challenges it will say upgrade if it says amazing noir ultimate 2099 bonus suit 1 2 or 3 get it then go to the main menu go to bonus gallery then it will show suits click on one that arent the normal ones then youll be that suit with the universe
