They both are pointed with white dots on your screen. One of them is located on the church tower narrowly to your left. The second sniper stands on the upper level of white-red radio tower located to your right

After you kill tese two snipers and spot the drug dealer, your group is attacked by another sniper located somewhere on the western part of the cliff. I cannot find this sniper. Can you please tell me where I can locate this sniper?

No sniper on radio towers
