How do you destroy russain tank from rooftop on the mission where you have to hit the yellow symbol on tank

Don't know what OS you're using, but on the PC the fuel tanks on the back have a red cap shot at the cap the fuel tanks explode cooking the crew inside. If the tank is moving wait till it turns and you have a shot at the tank like at the church. Hit the tank the tank stops for a few seconds then explode the gas cap then.

You have to shoot the gas tank on the back, the top on it is glowing. So shoot it.
