If you do the following you will be able to get the Rogue Cop Reward easily. Intentionally die so you respawn at the entrance of a hospital. Go outside the hospital and look for a cop and wrestle with him so you get his gun. Quickly run back inside the hospital and hide behind the filing cabinet that is near the entrance. Then when the cops appear shoot them and collect their ammunition until you get the reward. You can also earn the Killstreak reward easily by doing this.
