How do you get the "On top of the world" achievment?

How do you get the "On the top of the world" achievment because I don't know how to invert or where the highest place is.

You have to unlock the respawn point lidey tower or liney tower or something like that there you can get hall of meat and the acheviement

Hey isaac actually u dont need 2 go 2 lindley tower. I tried for hours there. If u hav unlocked the sv peak as a location u can do it there. If u teleport from ur challenge map, u will show up at the top of some stairs. Go down them and look 2 ur right. there will b a ramp with a red line @ the top. Do a handplant and u will get it.
