I'm doing the Hitman missions, and I killed every target except Billy Bob, from the Projects Hitman. I've looked for a long time, and I can't find him. If anyone knows, I need where I could find him, what time I could find him, and what vehicle he drives if he has one, or just some helpful hints. Thanks!
