From what I've seen you can't get it I finished the game twice and done just about everthing on the game and I can't get it

You can't, plain and simple. There is no airfield where they are kept from which you can hijack it, and as far as I know, it's impossible to shoot one out of the air without destroying it.

you cant i tried and we got it on the ground from my friend shooting the guy with a sniper he tried to get in but it wouldnt work so you cant get in
