you can do up the paint if you go to options and go on paint job or something like that
U can create your own paint style in the options menu on paint job editor
Yes you can customize your cars on arcade mode get to where the cars are then press x and it should pop up to where you can make a decal and change your cars coler once you have done that all the cars will have that design when you go to the paint can on any mode what you put on one car goes on all the cars
