How do I get rid of the v1.1 patch on Need for Speed Prostreet

I put the V1.1 Patch on my Prostreet disc, but now it wont play on my computer, it says it has stopped working. Is there anyway you can remove the patch because I think that is the problem

Once its on there, you cannot get it off.
