how do i tune a chevelle ss for a wheelie competition?

I have a chevelle ss with all stage three power parts and the rest stage two and I still can't get it to wheelie. How do I tune it to wheelie?

I had A Dodge Charger R/T which pulled wheelies all the time when I put alot of power into the rear which caused it to pull quarter mile wheelies down the track every time.

So what I'm saying is put the power into the The back end and add a bit of the acceleration into the back as well to propel it forwards.
