Can anyone tell me what I have to do to get level 4 parts my cars?

Well the only way that I got level 4 parts was by winning them after dominating a race day. Then I herd you can just type in the cheat and that will unlock all the parts. Located under the cheats section. Otherwise you've got alot of race days to win.
Just go to the cheat codes section and enter UNLOCKALLTHINGS , if that doesn't work than when you dominate a race, you select a marker. Chances are low you will get a stage 4 part.
Through the UNLOCKALLTHINGS cheat, but that doesn't work anymore.
