There is no possible way. I've tried
Have 100-120 skill points in total ,and then buy a signature jump shot worth 100 skill points.After you have brought it it will say you have negative money, and then you can buy whatever you want.

If you have xbox live then theres a glitch!! Play an 12 min game and when the game is almost over like a couples seconds left on the clock. Save and quit, then load the game back up to get your vc. Then load the same game up after 20 min ad get more vc.
Have 310 skill point then buy anything worth 300 and then you have negative skill points, buy everything because if you play a game or do drills you loos the negative skill points
Just download cheat engine then scan your Sp then buy any then scan it again then change the value then active!! There you are

It worked for me. But realize that whenever you play a game after you go back to positive sp
Unlock any animation jump shot with just barely over the amount. (ex. You have 309 sp and R. Anderson's shot is 300 sp) After that you will have negative skill points which doesn't mean much other than you basically having unlimited now.
To get unlimited skill points, go jerk off in your little gameboy corner and #### off! Nerds why wont you just play real basketball!?!?!
Get 520-527 vc or skill points and buy Ray Allen's signature jumpshot
