You need to have shadow jutsu 3 and water walk.you know down in the lake there is an island,go to it and you will see an on the wall near the street use water walk.inside their is a door and another one after it,use shadow 3 on both.a gate will be to your right.

You need to have Chakara Concentration level 3, Shadow Clone Level 3, and have learned how to use chakara concentration to walk on water. Use level 3 walk on water to get to the island in the middle of the lake from the river. Once you're on the beach closes to that river, look to the right. Now use level 3 walk on water to get over to those caves. Use Shadow Clone as Nesisary to break through the walls and grab the coins. At the end, there's a gate. Walk up to it, and you'll be teleported high up onto the building. From there, jump onto the roof tiles above you, and circle around to get to the top and the coin.
