For the ME2 -> ME2,
25% Bonus Experience
200,000 Credits
50,000 Iridium, Palladium, Platinum, Element Zero
500 Fuel and 30 Probes
Then depending on how many loyal squad members you have on your previous playthrough:
Armor Piercing Ammo (Garrus)
Barrier (Jacob)
Dominate (Morinth)
Energy Drain (Tali)
Flashbang Grenade (Kasumi)
Fortification (Grunt)
Geth Shield Boost (Legion)
Inferno Grenade (Zaeed)
Neural Shock (Mordin)
Reave (Samara)
Shredder Ammo (Thane)
Slam (Miranda)
Warp Ammo (Jack)
Stasis (Liara, DLC)
For ME3 -> ME3, your level, powers and reputation from the previous playthrough stay, and that's how you start out. You can change your appearance, and pick another bonus power. You'll retain all weapons, armor, mods, and credits from the previous playthrough, and you can upgrade your weapons now instead of 1-5, from 5-10.
