Attend the practices during the week and depending on your position, you should start by the next season, or even before if you do exceptionally well during practices.

Play well with you're superstar and he will get better. And he automatically starts soonermagic52. I mean, whats the point of playing if you can't play. Obviously you kno nothing about it or the game. Idiots these days. God!!!!

Play in the Season Mode. Go to practices and he will get better.
