What I did was take on of the7's people's sub machine gun and then just shoot at the window then when it's coming at you get in front of you're daughter so she wont raise her head then when it's going over you get behind her so the guy in the back don't shoot her, then after words take the sub machine gun and keep shooting the glass should break and after words you kill him and you pass the level hope it helped =)

What you have to do is shoot the cockpit and not head on but there's two windows 1 in front of the driver and 1 on his left (away from the rail on truck) and youll keep shooting the left window at first you wont think itll break but then itll get whiter and finally shatter now when it shatters you don't need to shoot the driver just shoot the inside of the cockpit and the driver will automatically die whether you hit him or not.
