When you start the level instead of going toward the objective go up on the map until you get the side mission to clear an LZ so that they can send some reinforcements, and then head straight to the right until you hear I think it is Forge say something like "take out the methane factory and the enemies ... Support goes with it." and pretty much destroy everything that you can. You may have to search around the area between there and the covvie base. I recommend using loads of marines and a couple of worthogs for this part. Thats what I did, I unlocked it on accident tho so I wasn't really paying terribly close attention.

Just destroy every methane barrel you see - you'll know which they are when you get a targeting cursor (aka the red X)...
