How do you get EXP? I have played good a long time, but I can't get EXP. Please help.

If your talking about Xbox live multiplayer then EXP is followed.
Earned for every match you win.
Double XP is two xp perwin.
The rank on the rightside of your gamertag(a big number between 1 and 50) is earned by winning games in a certain amount of games in a playlist. The more normal EXP you have though, the harder it is to level up that Playlist rank.
