OK this is what happened I got off the game then pulled out the guitar and the x-box cirle where the controoler turned ALL red and shut down know it's not working and wont turn on...did I fry something?

I'm sorry to say your 360 had a system failure so you probably have to call the people to get it fixed.
Sorry dude but you just experienced what xbox owners call "the red circle of death" your xbox needs maintenance but it also might be dead beyond repair.

Basically, you'll need to call up the customer help line and send your Xbox off to Microsoft to get it repaired at a cost.
Although, your Xbox may be beyond repair unfortunately.
