Question for Grand Theft Auto 4: The Ballad of Gay Tony
Ok so I have gta iv for xbox 360 and I go on the game then go to the gta marketpace on the pause menu then I go to the TBOGT the free one with luis an it wont let me download it, it's free and it says this account is permitted to this rating how do I change that?

Absolutely no idea why you would not be able to download if it says you can - check to see if you previously installed that DLC and if so, delete it and then try again.
