It's not a cheat I'm afraid. It is in fact a MOD. You can look these up online although I wouldn't advise it as it is illegal.

Right, that is not a cheat, it is a MOD. You need to be playing the PC version, and you need to Google for the Zombie Mod then get it and install it.
Bear in mind you should be really careful doing that - make sure you get it from a site you can trust AND you should still virus scan it.
