You get bit then die. Then sophia will find you and you run to the RV and... Wait, no, that's Walking Dead. Hmm. Oh yeah! YOU DON'T - you cannot run mods on console. If you want Zombie Action you sick sick boy, you need to either get the PC version or play Call of Duty Black Ops (heh, we said Duty).
