Well they modded their game, and added in those cars. As of late I'm not sure if you can do it on Xbox 360, I know you can mod on the PC version though.

They will have probably been using the PC version. The PC version is able to have it's coding modified in such a way that allows customised cars, whereas the 360 version doesn't. Sorry.

Download the pc verson and youll be abel to get them and plus it BETTER TO DRIVE YOUR CARS!!!!
